Catching up....

Well....It's been awhile since the last post. We have been busy with the children. School started, football, gymnastics, church FUN FUN FUN!!!

James is loving 1st grade and is doing great. He enjoys school and is excited about changing classes for Reading and Math. He is playing flag football and is having fun. He was so excited the other night during the game he grab a flag and stopped a touchdown run. I was one proud momma too. He is still enjoying gymnastics and it really seems to be helping him with flexiblity too. He has started his second Sparks book in Awana and blesses my heart to hear him recite his verses. He has asked to take his Awana book to school. I pray daily that he allows the Lord to continue to use him to tell other students about Jesus and church. I just can't believe he is already in 1st grade.

John Michael is doing great also. He started preschool and goes 3 days a week. He enjoys his teachers and telling us what he does at school each night. He is in gymnastics and is doing great, we can't believe how flexible he is. He loves anything to do with a ball and if he doesn't have a ball he will find something and pretend it is a ball. He wanted to play football however, he is not old enough. He is in his second Cubbies book in Awana and I love to him try to pronounce the books of the Bible and say his verse. He is a blessing to us. I pray God continues to work in his life.

We went camping over the Labor Day weekend with some friends from church. We had a great time, swimming, water slide, playing, resting and of course great camp food. The boys had so much fun going down the water slide with their daddy. Of course, it started off typical Rosen trip. We had not been at camp site 1hr and boys were in creek and it happened. John Michael dropped a big rock and got his finger caught between two rocks. It turned blue and was swollen and is still swollen a little. This is typical John Michael ALL BOY!!!!!!!

We are enjoying the call to be Foster Parents, and help children while their are in state custody. The Lord is answering prayers daily in our life. Please conitnue to pray for us, I will post more details at a later date.

Until next time......
